How do I clean the mask?

Care instructions:
- Machine wash, warm or hot water. Use only non-chlorine bleach if needed.
- Tumble dry, low or medium heat.
- To preserve the longevity of the elastic, try not to use excessively hot water or dryer heat.
- Pressing with hot iron to reshape the pleats optional is.
- If metal nose shaper bends out of shape in the wash, just straighten and reshape it after washing.

How often do I need to wash the mask?

Ideally, and for best safety, wash after every wear.

What is the mask made of?

2 Layer woven 100% cotton fabric with insert pocket on bottom to add your own filter, if you want.
Metal wire insert over nose, to adjust mask better on face and avoid getting into your eyes.
Can be washed and reused. Mask held by either cotton tie straps that tie behind the head, or soft non abrasion Lycra-Spandex straps that go over the ears, in place of elastic.
Handmade, washed and sealed with a plastic bag after face mask is made.
Super light weight and comfortable.

What if I don't know what design of mask I want?

No problem, just select the "surprise me" fabric for the front and/or back of the mask, and the modiste will design and pair the rest, to compliment your selected print.

Are there different sizes?

Masks are by default a standard one size fits most adults. Standard mask measures 7.5" x 3.5" when flat.
Kid Size masks are 6" x 2.5". To order a kid's mask, scroll down and select Kid Size in the Size option menu.

How long until I receive my mask?

From order to shipping, about 3-5 business days. Standard shipping 2-3 days. If you would like to Rush Order, please use the contact form and we'll arrange expedited production and shipping.

Where are the masks made?

The masks are home sewn in Texas, and ships within the US only.

Can I order wholesale?

No. As the masks are handmade to order, only a limited amount of orders can be completed in a given time. Large orders over 15 masks per order will not be accepted.
